RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservation:

▪       Reservation is preferable at all times;

▪       From November to May: reservation is required.

Gift certificate: Gift card sales are final and non-refundable.There is no expiration date on our gift cards, however, however if the prices of the flights have changed at the time of using your them, an additional fee may be charged.

Cancellation :
If the reservation is canceled by the pilot (bad weather, repair of the helicopter):

1.   A new reservation is made at the customer’s convenience;
2.   If the customer is not available at any other time, the flight is canceled without charge.

If the reservation is canceled by the customer:

Customers will receive a full refund or gift certificate with more than 7 days notice of cancellation.
No refund for a cancelation within 7 days of take-off. (Gift certificate option)
